Have any Kickstarter funded games actually been released to the market yet or are they running into trouble over giving creators too much free reign and going nuts with their budgets?

I know Elite: Dangerous just managed to scrape its £1.25m funding, but recently David Braben announced an IPO and decided to float the entire company on the Alternative Investment Market (like a stock exchange) in the hope of raising another $39m "do a great deal more, especially in terms of the technology behind the game".

To me that means if they don't float the game is in serious trouble.
