Animal Crossing: Wild World Review

Not so much a game as a way of life. Like the Hotel California, you can stop playing, but you can never truly leave.

Ive played AC on the Cube for ages - got it as an import long before it got a PAL release.

Onto the DS version - This game was made to be on the DS or the DS was made to play this game.

It is fantastic. A perfect title to just chill out and wonder. It has all the charm of its bigger brother but has added features exclusive to the DS version.

It is practically the same format as the Cube rendition in that you have to work for Nook, dig up fosils etc but the great side is the WIFI friends concept.

Seing a character wonder about your town, giving you presents, digging holes and even stealing your gear is just tooo awesome.

If you are a fan of the original, or just fancy something different from the norm then give this game a go. But remember - you have to keep chipping away at it ... don't go to your town for a number of days/weeks and you could be in for a surprise!!

I have been playing since Christmas 2005. It must have been pretty popular back then too, because I searched for days in everyplace that sells games, and they didn't have on copy. It was worth it though. I play this game every day and connect with my cousin. We have a blast playing it together.
