The fact you put Commando in there means this review is by far the best thing to grace the *****ing internet!

The review reads like a 9/10, then knocks off 4 points for the game being so bad it's good. I guess that's kinda fair, but the review itself did pique my interest.

I was just listening to the podcast just now so for a moment I actually thought that this had gotten a 9/10 at first glance of your comment.

Remind me never to read another Burns review again -- they're pathetic and emotive, nothing more. I don't like this franchise either -- it's cheesy and ham-fisted. But, unlike Burns, I don't pretend to play to the middle when in actual fact I'm on the far left. The guy is a hack.

I'm not sure what you expected from this review. It's a game that hinges on the dispersal of high-fives.

I absolutely HATE Army of Two. Always have. Salem and Rios represented everything I despise about modern video games. They're dumb, everything they say is dumb, and I loathed playing as either of them.

Then Steve asked me to play some co-op with him for this review and you know what? It's still just as dumb, but gosh-darn is it fun when you activate Overkill.

For me this is the perfect co-op shooter: Zero thought required, experienced best when slightly drunk or during Sunday morning hangover. I absolutely would not pay full price, but if you can get it on the cheap then its a guaranteed barrel of laughs.

I didn't expect anything -- it's the reviewer that I take issue with.
