Atari has reported a loss of $4.8 million for its 2012 financial year, and confirmed company-wide restructuring including the complete closure of Test Drive developer Eden Games.

Atari Brand: Cursed or Not? Discuss. Whilst closing Eden Games might sound a little crazy to Test Drive Unlimited fans (I'm one of them), maybe they know more about Forza Horizon than anyone else and decided they can't compete, in which case it'd be a wise move. Wishful thinking on my part methinks, but I'm more optimist than pessimist these days.
