Barrow Hill Review
Quote:
Despite some charming touches, and the slightly amateurish but strangely appealing voice cast, it's an inescapable fact that Barrow Hill adds very little new to the genre.

I recently played this game and would have to totally agree with ol' Vandervell. It's fun but nothing you won't have seen before, and like a car built in someones shed, it works but is a bit rough around the edges.

Barrow hill is a great game full of superb location. The puzzles are well balanced and enjoyable. There is also more than one ending, depending on how you have played the game.

I spent many enjoyable hours playing and exploring as much of the 'world' as I could. The characters and voices worked very well for me, some very spooky voices and sounds that help build the spooky ambience.

A well worthwhile game and a must for adventure game fans. I look forward to more productions by the makers of Barrow Hill.

      Superb A+
