| So this patch now doesn't allow admins a choice to turn FF on to cut down on apm spam. FF off is so nubbed. Can we slow an already slow game down anymore. BF series is the only game i've ever played that thinks FF off is for noobs..lol.
Dice couldn't balance a game if a blueprint was drawn for them.
QWs... save me from this buggy, unbalanced, noobed out game. pls |

| What struck me most about Northern Strike is the price. It's reasonable. In the past other games have released £20 expansions which do little more than this one. I am also a fan of the fact that 2142:NS can be downloaded. In fact if I go and turn on my main PC it should be arriving any minute... |

| It's $10 USD... Although I tend to look at it this way... $10 USD for 2 new maps (3 maps but only 2 are playable in titan mode) as I am not interested in Conquest.
smokage makes total sense if you know what hes talking about. In the last patch it was made that if you want your server to be ranked you must keep FF off on APMs. This did nothing but cause APM spamming everywhere and its obvious people are not thrilled with that as can be seen in the number of players that have dropped since the last patch.
From the video clips posted around the web today, It looks more like the two new vehicles have imbalanced things way off. On Public Servers its near impossible to find anyone wanting to play as a team much less work with team work to try and bring down a Goliath. Then theres the Hachimoto which a lot of people left BF2 because they were tired of Grenade Launchers. Now we will have a vehicle that can spray them... Oh Joy! |
