Diminishing with every return, Ghosts' addictive nature is tempered by over-familiarity.

I don't think the 300 word count works for this - I still don't know whether I want to buy it or not.

"Left 4 Dead meets Zombies" so that would be just Left 4 Dead then yes? did you mean Left 4 Dead meets Aliens?

Normally yes but the Extinction game mode is fighting aliens. As you said this review doesn't really say much about the game.

Whichever devs were responsible for all the dog stuff are probably crying now as it didn't get a mention.

I thought it was fairly clear it's another CoD game, with all the familiar trimmings, and Burns says several times its just like the past games. I suppose this review might only be helpful to people have played other CoD games, but I guess it's safe to say most people have, and if not, this isn't going to tempt them. What I took from it at least.

@dazzadavie He means the Extinction mode is Left 4 Dead meets CoD's Zombie mode from the other games. Again, the review repeats that the formula of this game is exactly the same as past CoDs.

Is Call of Duty fatigue a thing? Because I used to play loads of cod but by Black Ops I found that I couldn't bring myself to even look at it any more. While the rest of the world was getting excited, I was just left thinking "Oh god not again!".

What happened to me!
