Was it not reported that the game was in-development already since Dead Space 2 was launched? I cannot remember where I saw, but I will try and find it if I can. I hope Dead Space 3 has more the '***** your pants' than the odd occasional jump, and be overwhelmed by enemies. Reply

I try to always play the originals before sequels if I can help it. Plus it works for my wallet too. So many games so little time and money! An article was posted here mentioning Dead Space 3 in mid Feb which was close enough to the release of Dead Space 2 at the end of January. It was all great, but, I couldn't shake the 'I've seen it all before' feeling. Reply

Read Article » Go to VG_Staff's original post Dead Space 1 would've been almost legendary if left alone - the sequels will unfortunately do nothing but dilute the great experience of the original. (although Extraction on the Wii (and PS3 obviously) actually seems pretty damn atmospheric so far!) Reply
