| I don't usually spend long enough with the same team to see the benefits of the Youth Academy. |

| I would say do manager mode. I've just done 1 season in player mode with my virtual pro which was fun (with season objectives and stuff) but i much prefer buying and buliding my own sqaud. I was very disappointed when i discovered FIFA 13 doesn't allow you to use virtual pro in manager mode. |

| I would straight off go for the career mode, I have had the game since September 28, and I am really loving the career mode, I am Hartlepool United, of League 1 in England, and I have got them a FA Cup 5th round tie against Arsenal (my favorite team tomorrow), I am currently sitting so far ahead in League 1. I have been offered one other job during my 1st season, but I have never heard of the team so I decided to reject it, go for the career mode, it is so much fun. |

| Or make it easier for yourself by.... If you are level 25 I think, you can purchase the takeover option in the EAFC catalogue. Giving you massive money injection of up to £50 million.
Invest in good scouts and use for 9 months. The actual playing? Keep hold of the ball and pass and move - creating space. Try playing on world class difficulty to really get a challenge and to properly learn attacking, defending and the use of the one touch. |

| Started my Manger mode last night as Southampton and I'm 7 games in with 5 draws 1 cup win and 1 league win. I bought in two new CB and a scout which is helping, one on loan from Barcelona. My best game was Arsenal as I was 3-0 down and bought it back to a draw in the last ten mins.
Missing the fact you can't seem to do anything to improve your club but I'm liking the youth system. |

| Doing manager mode as Manchester City (although it looks nothing like them any more) and I got through one season including the capital one cup, FA cup and the community shield winning every game. Onto my second season now still undefeated.
This is only the second FIFA game I've bought and I love it |

| Did you not fancy starting with a relatively lower team? Maybe in the Championship and improving that team? Always seemed a quick route to boredom starting with an already impressive team. |
