Well yeah, you'd be dumb if you'd think otherwise. It's like comparing someone's work who spent 1 week on it and another person's work who spent 3 months on it.

That all relative. But 30 monkeys trying to produce a game for 5 years wont beat a bunch of talented developers that took 2.

Thats not saying the GT5 staff are monkeys but you are pinning a lot of hope on this game.

This article is pretty obvious, the gap between gt1 and 2 wasnt very large and neither was the gap between gt3 and gt4 because they already have the engine in place and many of the car models and tracks made.

Think the article points more at the fact that the ps3 is going to be around for at least another 2 years.
