I found myself falling in love with the world and environments around me as I walk/drive through Los Santos and the country side. It's stunning, and when the sun sets in the distance as you are in one of the many street races with the coastline to your left it is simply perfection.

I've been playing for about 30 hours, and will have a (norwegian) review up later today, but I can without a doubt support everything Simon has written here, in his review and the other features. Grand Theft Auto V is more than one would expect, even if one expected greatness. This is a masterpeace, and sitting at work now, I feel the ich to go back and play.

This article has pretty much sold the whole of GTA V to me. I'd probably be happy spending 30 hours just wandering around by the sounds of this. I'm out tomorrow to get a copy... if it isn't sold out everywhere by the time I leave work.

To be fair GTA San Andreas had the best open world ever been bk playing that over last few weeks and I feel that that had the best open world to date, until now anyway.

GTA 5 is not a version of San Andreas, just a version of Los Santos with a bunch of useless land tacked onto it. I was rather disappointed to learn I wouldn't get to see the casinos of Las Venturas in top-of-the-line graphics.

I know it's bigger and looks phenomenal. But I wasn't so convinced that V was altogether better than San Andreas while playing it. It's missing a plethora of the cool stuff that SA had in it. And I don't see why so many people are applauding a game that traded the likeable CJ for mostly unbearable and pathetic protagonists, emergency vehicle missions for dog training, jetpacks for yoga, *whispers "fun real estate ventures for softcore porn"*

But that's me.
