How wobbly it must be to be perched up on such a precariously high pedestal, if the breeze began to nudge it. I believe it has the potential to achieve such a status, but that's quite a target, and there are several elements that all need to work correctly - but, I really hope they can reach their aspirations for XIII, and go on to surpass our expectations.
