All this shows to me is that Microsoft still has bottleneck issues with XBLA submissions, most likely in certification. I hold no further hope on seeing any of the "pure" XNA homegrown developed titles anytime soon.

It was recently mentioned by one designer that he'd been advised to find a publisher for his creation - not everyone has that opportunity, and so, you can't create a "youtube of gaming" where there is the encumbrance of middle-men involved.
In any event, it simply isn't the case that these games need a marketing budget, as Major Nelson updates all additions to the Marketplace, and talk about the result of being an unknow -, look at the effect of the IdolM@ster content that appeared without warning. Third best-selling content globally! ;)

There are several more eagerly awaited titles that Microsoft has announced for release not mentioned on the list, that don't themselves seem any closer to the Arcade.
