| For God Sakes! Would somebody please buy up the rights to MotoGP and give us a real riding sim. Capcom certainly isn't doing the franchise any favors. One where you can't smoke the back tire and be leaned over 45 degrees in a corner and still come out of it unscathed. Make one for the American crowd, a game that doesn't feel like you bought it fresh off the shelf in some back alley store in HongKong, China. With American and European sponsors and not so much of the Asian writing symbols. Don't get me wrong, I ride, and can't say enough about Japanese bikes but every MotoGP game I've played somehow reminds me of Japanese Anime. There is untapped potential in this category. If one of you game developers would just wake up and smell the rubber. Make a game that's beautiful to look at and with realistic handling and physics and it's got to have a descent cockpit view. One that shows the tach and maybe even the speedo, just for speed enhancing purposes. C'mon now! There's no excuse. You've got the next generation console with Blu-ray capabilities. Start puttin out some descent racing games. C'mon people! |
