| I suppose it's nice that a cult game like Pikmin is getting a second lease of life (I understand a third is confirmed to be in development?), but this is obviously a knee-jerk reaction to the fact that the Wii is receiving so little first party 'core' support for the immediate future. However, it would be nice if rather than re-package old games, Nintendo could put the manpower, time and resources into actually developing new games which cater to their faithful audience, rather than the new breed of Wii owners who don't want anything more complicated than Wii Sports.
Nintendo really need to get some 'core' games out there, and I don't think these are going to fill the void. |
