Wow *****ing thanks EA, the problems are not PC architecture its your laziness.

Top-end processor: £hundreds.
Cutting-edge GPU: £hundreds.
The intelligence to READ WHAT THEY ACTUALLY SAID: £priceless.

Whilst I'd love to say "Nonsense! My PC has so much power it can calculate the mood of my wife to within 5 nags", I can't argue with the logic that actually most FIFA players don't quite have that spec. My PC playing friends at work often tell me a game is "rubbish" simply because their 6 year old system cannot handle it correctly.

I almost fell into the trap of taking the headline at face value as well. :P

Naughty James, very naughty.

Let's rephrase that as:
"Most PC FIFA players don't have the specs to run next-gen FIFA 14, says EA."

Yeah, for a moment there I was completely baffled by the headline, until I read the article itself.

This makes sence I suppose, although I still wonder how big the market for EA sports titles was on PC to begin with?
