I personally believe the release date had something to do with this (always with the sales), regarding the huge killer games releasing this month and next month, today for example; Batman Arkham City. id Software showed again that they still have it and you can tell id Software wanted to take this game a different path than what they usually do. RAGE in my opinion, suffered because of no typical Team Deathmatch mode, other than just co-op mode, which is borked, and a Death Race style racing mode. The singleplayer was fine, but short on the explosive scenes which I expected more. If this game was released say, June. RAGE would most probably have better sales, even though it hit 2nd in the UK charts, which isn't bad at all, so it must of sold well, and finally "potential" better review scores? Which again, brings in the time that reviewers have maybe? Doom 4 to happen for the next gen of consoles, that is my guess now. Report Reply
