Iv'e read a few reviews and articles about Survival Instinct and what iv'e noticed is that the game is very dated and quite a let down for the Walking Dead name.
Most of the the really bad reviews come from proper websites but a lot of the user reviews and comments are saying the game is actually quite fun to play. I watched a video of it on test chamber and it didn't look as bad as i thought it did and it actually had a few decent ideas thrown in. Its a shame, with more time and a LOT more care this could have been a real good game. Activision can really suck at times.

From what I've read and seen so far its a mediocre 6/10 that only has enough content to get a 2/10. It's depressing really, because the main things I've read about is yes it's a bad game, but it's not a generic. It actually has some decent ideas in it that, if they were used in a good game, they would of enhanced the experience.

But this isn't a good. Considering it's a full price release with only the same amount of content as the first 2 or so episodes of tell tales walking dead game (completable in 3 hours apparently), and seems to be either rushed or incredibly lazily made (or both). If it had actually been given time be made better, and was a cheaper downloadable experience, it could have had the potential to be a surprisingly decent experience in it's own right.
