Dragon age 2, I was very critical of some of the changes before release but I have to say I like it! it does feel a little dumbed down from the 1st game but its still an enjoyable experience.

My week started with completing Forza III completely, except for the 100,000 points drift lap for a measly 5 cheevos, so I'm on 995/1000 and saving that for a rainy day.
Crysis 2 stepped up to the plate and reminded me I shouldn't really be buying any more FPSes as I have enough to be getting on with. They all look the same to me, much as all Final Fantasies probably look the same to one who isn't into the RPG genre. Crysis 2 is good though, despite the odd AI routines in places.
Then I picked up Test Drive Unlimited 2 on a whim, and was very glad I did. Downloaded the Casino 800 MS dlc too then discovered later that they'd disabled the Roulette section due to exploits, so have to wait on that for a patch (TBD). Still, losing all my money at Poker took me a good 48 hours.
So I have 2 cars, 2 houses, lots of clothes, a facelift and zero money. But it's still fun, damnit, so I'll be playing this one for a while. All the collectible and levelling up dynamics tickle my fetish for hoarding shinies.
FM's Fun Factor Scale for this week: 7/10 (TDU only got a look-in for 72 hours otherwise it'd have been a 9/10).

2 weeks to catch up on for me!
Deadly Premonition - This is amazing! :o All the things I usually care about in games are absolutely terrible in DP, and it so happens that the best things about it are those I ignore in other games.
It's hard to quantify what makes DP such a great game, but I think having an isolated community that you can actually grasp is brilliant. The main story sets up intrigue, and this encourages you to talk to the community to try and figure out what the hell is going on. I found myself being familiar with how the community functioned, and knowing the characters well enough to patch them into my crazy theories.
I'd say it's recommended playing, if only to show what is really 'required' to make a good game. It's only £13 as well.
Hyperdimension Neptunia - Terrible JRPG, don't even bother renting it. It's supposed to represent the console war, but the comparisons are warped so much by Japanese culture that it doesn't make any sense.
Pokémon Black - Already own White, rented this to get Legendaries and exclusives. I ended up completing it twice, so I now have two Reshirams, three Victini.... yeah, quite a few extras!
Also: Pokémon Emerald, Portal, Half Life 2 Episode 2

Red Dead Redemption - a couple of triple XP nights have helped me work towards that level 50.
Dishwasher: Vampire Smiles - astonishingly interesting game. Also stupidly hard. Best done in short bursts.
The ever present Test Drive Unlimited 2. Over 165 hours and counting - highly anticipating the upcoming free DLC pack.
And finally, Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe, in anticipation for the upcoming MKIX.

Crysis 2 - When I started playing this I was initially a bit 'meh'. I'd been playing Bulletstorm right before I jumped into it and I was a bit fatigued from spending more time with shooters. Saying that though, Crysis 2 has really impressed me and I've enjoyed it much more than the likes of Bulletstorm, Halo: Reach and Blops. I'm towards the end now, and while I won't give it a second run-through (mainly because I'm borrowing it!), it's been fun to play. FM's right about the AI though - sometimes the aliens just stand there staring at you
Shift 2: Haven't spent much time on it, but I'm still loving the fine line between frustration and sheer thrills.

NFS Shift: Just so easy to blast though a few races, but I did skip a drift event just to keep up some good momentum of winning.
Dead Rising 2: 740/1000 over taken Mr Gaston and about to start my 3rd play though to pick up missed saviours and to do the "use every melee achievement" then there will be a 4th play though for the Zombie Genocide Master achievement.

Crysis 2 - growing on me a little but I still think I need a break from FPS games.
Sims 3 - a sad moment as one of my starting characters passed away.
Motorstorm Apocalypse - still very much enjoying this one.
