munkee, video gamer reader - Xbox Originals, Xbox
Recently, due to financial difficulties, I sold my PS3. It's been like losing an appendage and I wouldn't recommend it. So, at the moment I'm a PS2 gamer. It's brilliant. I have a very cool collection of games that have been sat redundant on the shelf for a few years and now I'm playing them again. Some are amazing!
Then, yesterday I managed to acquire an xbox original and 43 games for £25. Bargain! There are some classics in my new game pile, and unfortunately some stinkers too. So, this weekend I have been playing:
Jet Set Radio Future
For somebody like myself who is hugely into hip hop culture, electronic music, graffiti, loves Tokyo street culture, japanese video games, digital art and street sports; This game seems to tick all my boxes. I am LOVING it. Shame the controls can feel a little wonky.
Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory
We all know it. Great sneaky, sneaky gameplay, nice visuals, tight maps and Amon Tobin. One of my all-time favourites. Gotta be in my top 5.

254mil on pacifism is godlike lol. My Wife is the resident Geometry Wars expert and her pacifism score is a mere 94 million! And she was dead proud of it too lol
I've been playing more Borderlands, my Siren is up to lvl 26 now.
Getting a tad annoyed with Boomerang: I recently switched our rental preference to 'Top 3' because we're sick of getting games from way down our list when there are games at the top with a green status. Haven't had a game sent out in over a week now Despite our top 3 games being not mega new or old and all in green status. Pah!
Also been playing some Gun Bros on my phone, I cant get it to sign in to Facebook, but i'm pretty sure I know what this is, it's because my phone itself is already logged in and there's some kind of weirdness when using apps that have Facebook interaction. Anyway it's pretty decent twin stick shooter and totally scot-free too!

^Munkee - might I recommend a couple of oft-overlooked titles? Stolen and The Plan. Both are excellent games, which you enjoy if you are a fan of Splinter Cell.
As to my gaming, well... work has ratcheted up by a rather significant degree; and this coupled with the upcoming cluster of excellent titles, mean I haven't had much time to game this past week, nor the upcoming one. Still, I have been enjoying a few breaks, here and there, on some classic PC games. Rediscovered thanks to the joys of CrossOver Games (installs Windows games on Macs), and has opened the doors for some that I lamentably missed (such as Titan Quest), but those that have got me are:
Ghost Master - Cheesy, and not overtly difficult, it nevertheless attempts to do something very different with the strategy genre. Figuring out how to unlock the extra beasties scattered around each level is also very interesting.
Theme Park World - and I have just literally found/purchased a copy of the sequel, Theme Park Inc.
RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 - But only really been experimenting with creating firework displays - because who doesn't love blowing ***** up with pyrotechnics? I'll take to the main gameplay after finishing both Theme Parks, which are a little more accessible (requiring less brainpower...)

Finished bulletstorm wasn't overly impressed,
Finished resistance 3 despite an underwhelming ending really enjoyed the campaign, have dipped a little into multi but am finding it tough due to not knowing a single map and everyone else pretty much far more levelled then me so better guns etc.

I've been playing F1 2011 over the weekend, the KERS has definitely added an extra element to the game online, it's not a substantial improvement over 2010 but it is a solid step forward.
Keep meaning to get some online time on Battlefield BC 2 but haven't got around to it yet, practice is definitely needed before 3 comes out!

I've been playing OnLive. Daughter Number One was so impressed with it she convinced me to get the 103 games for £6.99 a month bundle and she spent the next 24 hours playing Tropico 3, Cake Mania, Evil Genius and any other game that involves building stuff.
Not sure where I fit in the scheme of things - I used to be a PC gamer, then a console gamer - now I'm a cloud gamer I guess, though I still have my trusty hardware to fall back on.

While waiting on Gears 3 I've been playing Dragon Ball Raging Blast 1 and 2. I've been unlocking everything I couldnt be bothered to unlock when I first got the game. And having battles online with friends.

I tried to play OnLive, but it would appear that during peak hours my internet connection is rated at less than 1mpbs...which is bollocks tbh. I know my internet is faster than that ALL the time, because otherwise I'd barely be able to view any web pages at all or watch any videos.
I dont have the time or patience to faff around trying to figure it out, so it's a no go for OnLive in this household.
@Clockpunk: RCT3 is awesome fun Screw Theme Park and get on that instead!
