| Your best podcast this year by a country mile, despite the announcement at the end. |

| Also, I was relieved last night as I drove home from work, actually relieved, to find out I'm not the only person who frequently abandons games they're enjoying.
I got 4 hours into Batman: Arkham City last month before dumping it, 9 hours into Dishonored before giving it the old heave-ho (who says that?!) and it seems to be a recurring theme in my gaming habits. Almost every game I own I haven't finished. |

| Great podcast, as ever, but I do have to pipe up and say that the discussion around EA share price and Rickytickytello at around 43 mins is missing the bigger picture IMHO. Specifically suggesting that EA's share price dipped in 2008 because he invested in new IP like Dead Space and Mirrors Edge. Gaming doesn't exist in a vacuum, their share price hit the floor because of the complete collapse of the global economy. The sales of Mirrors Edge will, I believe, have had a fairly negligible effect on stock value against that backdrop http://www.sharesexplained.com/stock-market-crash-2008 |
