XCOM is still £20 in the Steam sale, and may well drop again before the thing is over. And, it is definitely worth £20. I've also seen disc copies on sale at around the £15 mark. I actually paid £14.99 for it a few days ago, I think it was from GetGamesGo.

It's risky, though, as my machine may not play it.
I may actually wait till its on offer on a console, though I'd really rather play it on PC.

Also has a demo available, as it happens. I think the demo is just the opening tutorial mission, not sure how much further it goes because my mind was made up during it. I just needed to wait until I was actually able to afford the game!

Yeah it's only been now and again it's been good on Steam so far. Amazon US and Greenmangaming have been far better.
But with Amazon US make sure the game is region free first.

For anyone who still hasn't got Arkham City, it's £11.99 on Amazons lightning deals for the GOTY edition on 360 and PS3. That's cheaper than buying all the DLC seperately!
