the reviewing	0 0 In response to Topic View All Doom 3 Cheats » Go to VG_Staff's original post i dont understand why every person says this game is so scary, the scary is a lie, trust me. all it is, is its a big base on mar, hundred of non-scary monsters (the only scary one is the demon dog thing) and they all attack you from the same place (normaly from vents or from cliff areas) shooting them with big guns that never runs out of ammo, and a plot so un-tense that its more of a super gorey action game then a horror survival game. not even hell is scary. that being said doom 3 is a great game, great graphics, nice lighting effects, and an awsome arsanel (BFG rocks!) the game has lots of monsters, and id did try to make a scary game, but action mixed with dark shoty envorniments dont display well with scary, the atmostphere can get tense only to find out that a big thing is charging at you. the fact that the game never gives any tense momenets at all is very much sad. great game, not scary. -----8.0----- Reply
