| For all of you that bought this game and think that the sims can have babies.....THEY CAN'T. Only the PC game can have babies. It is a good game and the goals are hard but NO BABIES, no matter what you do. non of it works. |

♥ Hello, I also wanted to know how to enable the gnome and finally figured out the easiest way and how to tell when the code is in properly.
Heres the best way I can explain for you to understand and wish people would have explained it to me.
At the beginning of the game when you have the game play box up where you choose Story Mode and the Free play mode right after you choose which mode, then while the box is still up type in the "Gnome Code"
L1 R1 UP X R2 (one right after the other in a fast way) You will know when it worked when you hear a female Sim "Sigh" keep entering the code tell you hear her make a Sigh/yawn sound.. Then when you get to your house you will see the "Gnome" outside in the front yard or curb (to me it looks like a White fire hydrant with the diamond shape thing on top.) You will see A sim with a green circle around their feet, go to them and socialize hit any button to get them talking once they are talking enter the code you want & listen for the same sigh/yawn noise keep doing it until you hear the noise. Once you hear the noise tell who ever goodbye and go to the Gnome and hit your X button and it will have a box pop up to get you code to work. Wallah you now got the codes, on either Free play or story mode. Hope that helps. I have heard that you can also enter codes when you are changing clothes too. I just found it was easy to enter codes while talking with a sim.
But make sure to enter the Gnome code at the beginning of your game after you choose freeplay/story mode and before you pick one or two player.
