| I was wondering what the biggest flop game of the so called 'noughties' were for you guys?
If I have to look back over the decade and choose a game that was super hyped, then super lame, it would be maybe either The Simpsons Game, or Burnout Paradise.
Fair enough, they weren't super hyped, but they just didn't cut it for me.
Obviously there have been too many bad games to name, with mainly Film Games coming to mind straight away (bloody X-Men and Transformers), but I wanna here some of the games that were supposed to be good, but just weren't. |

| Definetely the majority of film releases
For me (yes i know, AGAIN) resident evil 5, was just such a let down after resi 4
And surprisingly Killzone 2, i dont believe it was as good as it was all made out to be. |

| The single player campaign in Killzone 2 was disappointing, but the multi-player was brilliant.
While Haze is no classic, it wasn't too bad. I quite enjoyed the single player campaign (nice variation in scenery) and the multi-player was surprisingly enjoyable, with plenty of off-line options when playing split-screen.
The first Assassins Creed was disappointing, but not terrible.
I would have to go with Golden Axe:Beast Rider. As a Golden Axe fan since the original arcade version, this was truly the worst entry in the franchise.
I will also mention Socom: Confrontation. Really disappointing. |

| i thought haze was OKish to begin with but it was meant to be ps3's saving exclusive but it just failed to carry the burden. I actually love Socom but each to there own |

| Too Human sprung to mind.
For me personally it was Far Cry 2. I played it for an hour, took it out of the machine and traded it in the next day. I loathed that game. |

| Your right, as a big PS3 exclusive it certainly failed. But as a £8 bargain, I found it to be value for money (though, I would have paid more for it).
Socom feels like a freeware game that you would find on the PC. I had never played any of the previous PS2 games, so I didn't know what to expect. To be honest, I haven't given it much time after my initial disappointment, but with MW2 and Uncharted 2 taking up my time for the foreseeable future, I can't see myself going back to it for a while. |

| The second Shadowman game. I utterly adored the first one, and was really looking forward to the follow-up... until I played it. |

| What did you dislike about far cry 2? I know it's not the best game ever but thought it was ok and worth playing for a bit.
Me personally it was resident evil 5. It just wasn't THAT good compared to the others. |
