Desert Island Game
On an island, one console/PC and only one game. What game will you choose?

Before anybody tells me "But that's just like asking, what's your favorite game of all time?" The game you choose could potentially be the last game you ever play or a game that must last you a while, as you could be stuck on the island for a long time.

I will accept collections like; the Mega Drive Collection, GTA IV: Complete Edition, The Orange Box and Game of the Year editions etc...

As there is no internet connection on the Island, you can't have World of Warcraft or any other MMO. That also means no online multiplayer. I think that these restrictions will make selecting a game more thoughtful and considered.

My choice is The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Game of the Year Edition
I've gone for something that I think will last me a good while. I was unsure if I should go with the GTA IV Complete Edition at first, but I think that the more open/endless nature of Oblivion won it.

I did one of these ages ago and I'm going to stick with the same response.

Project Gotham 4
I'll need a long time dedicated to nothing but this game to stand any chance of getting platinum medals in every race.

Probably Guitar Hero 6, so long as I could have the perhiperals.

Failing that, BioShock.

He only wants her to do his cooking and ironing!

I think my Desert Island game would have to be the upcoming Little Big Planet 2. Not only is it something I haven't played, but all that time to myself would hopefully allow me to figure out how to do anything more basic than "Platform staircase up to a switch that ... um ... look, I'll put something for the switch to activate in a bit, ok? Right now I REALLY need to see how many stickers I have."

I'd go Oblivion as well I think. Only because I hear it's a huge game.

So I can't play online but there is a power plug?

I think it's a bit harsh people can't pick Warcraft like, esspecially as it takes up a lot of time from what I have been told.

Well I would choose Guitar Hero and put the volume on max!!!
