| If jumping on bandwagons is a sin, I'm getting down with the sinners.
Disney Infinity is Disney says "Hey, that Skylanders is raking in loads of cash, we want some of that."
But when Disney decide to make a Toy/Game Hybrid then who's complaining? It's not just Mickey Mouse, either, it's Pixar franchises, movies as well, which means Captain Jack Sparrow, Jack Skellington and more.
While the 'pure' modes that just use the characters and settings from one film look good, it's the Toybox mode that excites me. Toy Story and Monsters Inc together? Jack vs Jack in Pirates and Nightmare Before Christmas cross match?
As long as the game is solid and built by a good team then I think this could be a pretty good contenter to replace Skylanders. |

| Whoever built the Woody's Roundup mode in Toy Story 3 needs to get the job. I have played it for hours with my 6 year old son, loving every minute of it. Being able to take Mr. Incredible and Sully (or better yet Mike Wazowski) around it would be quite wonderful. Honestly, I don't want stories, campaigns, and traipses through well trodden fables; I just want to fly Peter Pan and Dumbo through the Hundred Acre Wood. I will buy each and every toy they produce if this turns out to be even half as good as the version in my mind right now is. |

| I have to admit, the trailer sold me. When I have kids in the future, something like this will fill my gaming shelf!
I think Activision could be pooping bricks, as it certainly caused a uproar on twitter last night. |

| Trailer totally sold me, especially the idea of playing as Jack Skellington!
Not sure if I'll be getting it though as my wife feels a game that you have to keep buying toys for is stupid and expensive. Attempts to point out that this is no different from a Pandora bracelet that I have to buy new beads for every couple of months have been met with a stony silence. |

| A crossover Disney game that also has Perry the mother****ing Platypus as (judging from the trailer) one of the playable characters!?! Goddamnnit I already have too many things to lose money over this year!
I'm sure I could probably convince one of my housemates or other close friends or family members to go co-op with me as well. I'd be able to stick to it longer that way. |

| REALLY wish my boy was old enough for this, looks like it could be absolutely brilliant. At 3 and a half years old it's a bit of a wait yet though I fear.
Trying him with his first Wii game this weekend though |

| Mine was Asteroids. Showing my age a bit there.
His first was Wii Sports as it turned out...but at 3 it's the only one he could play. Showed amazing aptitude at the boxing, slightly worryingly.
Of course as soon as he's old enough he'll be getting steered toward the path of great games.*
*Not Asteroids. |
