I don't think there will be any more surprises so what have you got pre-ordered? Has the Xbox One bought you back with free Fifa?
I bought the Xbox 360 at launch and bought a PS3 a little bit later and stuck with it. I have both consoles pre-ordered and for some reason I'm tempted to keep both even though it makes no sense!
I have pre-ordered Watchdogs and Battlefield 4 for PS4 too.
What are you guys going to do about next gen?

I'll change up when I need to, got plenty to be getting on with on the PC and 360 until the Box One or PS4 build up better libraries.
I'm leaning towards PS4 currently, cheaper, different exclusives than I'm used to, Level-5 and so on, and they're not forcing an EyeToy on me that I don't want.
But ultimately it's down to the games, if either get Borderlands 3 as an exclusive I'll probably go that way.

I've got the PS4 pre-ordered. I've grew up with the Playstation brand and I've never felt any dissatisfaction so it's continued to be my console of choice.
I shall be looking to get ACIV: BF, Battlefield 4 and Watchdogs for launch day.

The original Dead Rising 3 trailer looked like they had dumped the absurd fun out of the series but as soon as I found out they are still running with that tone, I pre-ordered an Xbox One. For me personally that is the killer launch game.
I will be getting a PS4 next year sometime though, prolly when a big Sony exclusive that I care about is released. Uncharted 4 maybe?

I've got 2 of each pre-ordered, one each in GAME and Amazon.
That way I can see how much trade ins and credit I get before they both launch and see if I can get both of them. If I can't, I'll probably get the Xbox One first as the Day One edition with free Fifa is appealing, then get the PS4 as soon as I can afford it.

I've got the PS4 pre-ordered. Price is a factor but PS Plus carrying over to PS4 was also a big contributor to my decision.
I've got my eye on Watch Dogs as my launch title. Or I may not buy a game at all and stick with the 2 PS Plus games at first.

Neither for me until next Christmas probably. Even typing that sentence makes me feel sad.
Still on the fence but swaying towards XB now, 60%/40%. Sony might pay my bills, but I'm a dyed in the wool Xbox man, it would be incredibly hard to ditch it. Despite reservations.

This Oct/Nov/Dec period I will be...
- Buying a lot of presents for members of my family, a lot of whom seem to have birthdays at that time of year.
- (And don't forget Xmas too!!)
- Welcoming my new son into the world.
- Hopefully buying a new house.
- Most likely NOT getting a next-gen console. But if I was able to afford one it would probably be a PS4.

Decided to cancel my pre-orders for both. Upgrading PC instead and focusing on playing the games I do have instead of buying new ones.

I'll be in university, and possibly funemployed (I'm kind of hoping that I can find work there, but my ex who lived there made it sound like it was the hardest thing in the world, but he wasn't the most motivated individual really). And if I do find a job, between that and school, I won't have much time for new games (so sad, really...) Plus at this point it's hard to decide. They both have interesting exclusives.
I should just save up for a PC instead if anything. I'll need one for work eventually I'm sure, and I'll be able to use it for games.
